Senior Minister Sharjeel Inam Memon said that after the successful launch in Sukkur, pink scooters will also be distributed among women in Hyderabad.
The minister said that women are not only being provided with free scooters, but also driving licenses, helmets and regular training.
He added that empowering and making women self-confident is the top priority of the Sindh government. After Sukkur and Shikarpur, the Peoples Bus Service network is now being further expanded.
He said that Peoples Bus Service is also going to be started soon on Khairpur to Rohri and Khairpur to Rani Po routes. Peoples Bus Service is being started soon on the Kohsar Haider Chowk and Hyderabad to Tando Allahyar routes in Hyderabad.
Sharjeel Inam Memon said that the aim of the projects is to provide affordable, excellent and comfortable travel facilities to the public.
The senior minister said that the Sindh government is introducing projects that directly benefit the common man, especially women, youth and the working class.
