LHC asks Petitioner again to put ad to summon Awan

Lahore High Court (LHC), while again directing the petitioner to give advertisement in newspaper for summoning Babar Awan in contempt of court case, Monday adjourned hearing till February, 22.During the course of hearing of the case High Court office told the court Monday that petitioner had not paid fee for giving advertisement in the news paper, therefore, it could not be advertised in the paper.The court directed that advertisement again be given for summoning Babar Awan. The petitioner took the plea in his petition Babar Awan uses insulting language against the court and terms Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto execution a judicial murder. This comes in the ambit of contempt of court, therefore, contempt proceedings be initiated against Babar Awan, he prayed.
