Summary Eid Milad-un-Nabi was celebrated in Pakistan with religious fervour and reverence.
Eid Milad-un-Nabi (Peace Be Upon Him) is being celebrated today across the country with religious zeal and zest. People have decorated mosques, houses and streets with green flags and lights to express their love for the Holy Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).Rallies and meetings on Seerat-un-Nabi (PBUH) held in all the major cities where speakers highlighted various aspects of the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) as a source of guidance for the mankind.Rallies also took out in different cities on Sunday.Earlier, In Lahore, a torch bearing rally was taken out from Data Darbar on Saturday night. The participants were reciting ‘Darood Sharif’, The rally culminated at Regal Chowk.Eid Milad-un-Nabi rally was also organized by Suni Therik in Faisalabad which was attended by hundreds of people despite heavy rain in the city.A torch bearing rally was also taken out from Chungi No 14 in Multan which was attended by hundreds of people.In Bahawalnagar, people have decorated houses, bazaars, important buildings and shopping centres with colourful buntings, banners green flags and fancy lights.
