SWAT (Dunya News) - Federal Minister for Azad Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan Affairs and SAFRON Engr Amir Muqam on Sunday said that the masses will make Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) accountable during next election in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.

Addressing an open court (Khuli Kachehri) at Fizagat, Swat, Amir Muqam said the people of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa gave PTI the mandate three times, yet instead of providing relief, they are being pushed into difficulties and hardship.

“Sometimes there is a shut-down strike, sometimes a wheel-jam strike, and now roads are being blocked in the name of one person’s release. As a result, patients are dying in ambulances, people are missing their flights, and there are severe difficulties in the timely supply of food items.”

The Federal Minister listened to public complaints during open court and issued on-the-spot instructions to the relevant authorities for resolving several issues. He said that the ban imposed on gas connections in Malakand by PTI in 2018 has been lifted, and work on gas supply projects in various areas is progressing rapidly.

The Federal Minister clarified that under the leadership of Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif, the federal government’s primary agenda is to provide relief to the public without discrimination.

Amir Muqam reaffirmed that Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) believes in public service, development, and genuine relief-oriented politics, and that all possible measures will continue to be taken to resolve public issues in Swat and across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
