Summary The LHC has suspended the notification of Red Crescent Chairman Zahid Bashirs appointment.
The Lahore High Court has also suspended the appointment notifications of 6 members of management committee of Red Crescent.It is worth mentioning a case against Zahid Bashir is already registered in Civil Lines Police Station for allegedly harassing Red Crescent Secretary Nosheen Naeem.Zahid Bashir was advisor to a VIP before his appointment as Red Crescent chairman.The court has sought reply from Punjab governor and the Punjab government on February 6.
