Talking to the media, Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Khurshid Shah said that Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif was responsible for deaths of Punjab Institute of Cardiology medicines and his decision to keep 17 ministrial portfolio with him express his lack of trust on his own members.
