Dar, Araghchi discuss current situation in Iran

Ishaq Dar held talks with Iranian FM Seyed Abbas Araghchi and EU's Kaja Kallas, discussing regional stability and deepening Pak-EU ties. Both sides agreed to continue dialogue on mutual interests.
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Ishaq Dar held telephonic conversation with Iranian counterpart Seyed Abbas Araghchi.
They discussed the current situation in Iran and the wider region. Dar expressed hope for peace and stability, and both sides agreed to continue bilateral consultations on matters of mutual interest.
Earlier, Dar held a telephone conversation with the EU High Representative/Vice President, Kaja Kallas.
Welcoming the positive momentum in Pak–EU relations, both leaders discussed ways to further deepen bilateral cooperation.
They also exchanged views on the recent regional and international developments including Iran. DPM/FM reaffirmed the importance of sustained dialogue and engagement.
Both sides agreed to remain in close contact.
