QUETTA (Dunya News) – Corps Commander Lieutenant General Rahat Naseem Ahmed Khan has said that, at India’s behest, terrorists are attempting to target development projects in Balochistan.

The Corps Commander met with local stakeholders, including traders, teachers, community elders, and youth of the Basima area in Balochistan. They thanked the Corps Commander for direct engagement with the public and described his meeting with area residents as a positive step toward resolving public issues.

Lieutenant General Khan said that the Pakistan Army, in coordination with the civil administration, is continuing development projects to provide better facilities and an improved quality of life to the local population.

He categorically rejected the negative propaganda of terrorists operating under Indian patronage.

He said that hostile elements want to deprive the public of a better life and destabilize peace in the region, but the Pakistan Army, with local support, will ensure peace and prosperity.
