Verdict against Secretary Health, MS PIC reserved

When the additional session Arif Hamid started hearing of the case, the petitioner said that due to incompetency of the Secretary Health and the MS PIC, fake and fabricated medicines were used in the hospital, causing casualties of 104 people.The petitioner requested to the court to issue orders for registration of case against responsible persons.Shadman SHO also submitted his investigation report which said that the casualties of victims undoubtedly occurred due to the reaction of medicines; however, further inquiry was underway to prove as whom were responsible for this negligence.The court, after hearing arguments, reserved the judgment.
