Punjab Home Department announces major transfers

LAHORE (Dunya News) – The Punjab Home Department has issued orders for appointments and transfers within the Prisons Department.
On the instructions of the Home Secretary, the department released the transfer orders, and an official notification has been issued in this regard.
According to the notification, Muhammad Azhar Javed has been appointed Superintendent of Central Jail Gujranwala, while Asghar Ali has been posted as Superintendent of Central Jail Multan. Arshad Ali Warraich has been appointed Superintendent of District Jail Kasur.
The spokesperson for the Punjab Home Department stated that all appointments and transfers will take immediate effect.
