Summary ATC in Rawalpindi rejected a petition against the verdict of declaring Musharraf as an absconder.
Judge Shahid Rafique of Anti Terrorist Court no 1 in Rawalpindi heard the petition filed by Sehba Musharraf against the verdict that declared Musharraf as an absconder in Benazir Bhutto murder case.The court expressed annoyance over the absence of petitioner’s counsel Fawad Chaudhry and adjourned the hearing without any proceedings till January 23.The honorable judge remarked that due action would be taken if the arguments would not be completed in the next hearing.
