Pakistan’s new ambassador to the United States, Sherry Rehman, met US President Barack Obama at a ceremony held at the Oval Office of the White House and presented her credentials.Fifteen other ambassadors from different countries also presented their credentials to the US President.During her meeting with President Obama Sherry Rehman highlighted friendly relations between both countries on the basis of mutual trust, respect and interests.Meanwhile, State Department spokesperson Victoria Nuland has welcomed Sherry Rehman’s appointment as ambassador.
