Memo commission resumed the proceeding headed by Chief Justice Balochistan High Court Chief Justice Qazi Faez Isa at Islamabad High Court.Attorney General of Pakistan Maulvi Anwar-ul-Haq told the commission that Hussain Haqqani’s BlackbBerry phones have not been found till now.The counsel of Mansoor Ijaz, Akram Shaikh told the commission that Mansoor Ijaz will apply for the visa in Switzerland today at 3pm.Shaikh said that Mansoor Ijaz is ready to come to Pakistan but he and his family are being threatened and he may be arrested when he lands Pakistan.He readout the application of Mansoor Ijaz which was sent to the commission in which he prayed that he want to appear before the commission but he should be granted permission to appear till January 25.Justice Faez Isa remarked that the Attorney General has assured that no case would be registered against Mansoor Ijaz and his affidavit is part of the record. He said that Mansoor Ijaz’s statements are contradictory and he should clearly tell when he wants to come to Pakistan.Attorney General of Pakistan told the court that BlackBerry ompany has refused to disclose the data as provide the data only to the person who uses service while both BlackBerry phones of Hussain Haqqani Moreover, Attorney-General Maulvi Anwarul Haq told the commission that Haqqanis old BlackBerry phone were not available.Hussain Haqqani’s lawyer Zahid Bukhari said that the commission should not act in haste as respect of international laws is also necessary.
