Summary Supreme Court of Pakistan has restored membership of Balochistans MNA Humayun Aziz Kurd.
Humayun Aziz Kurd was declared ineligible by Election Tribunal. The Supreme Court, while suspending the verdict of Election Tribunal, has accepted the plea of Kurd for formal hearing.Eligibility of Hunayun Kurd was challenged by Yar Muhammad Rind in the election tribunal. The hearing of the appeal has been adjourned for indefinite period.
