Summary Sindh Interior Minister said that Pervez Musharraf would be arrested on his arrival in Pakistan.
Sindh Interior Minister Manzoor Wassan on Monday said that Chairman All Pakistan Muslim League and former President Pervez Musharraf would be arrested upon his arrival in Pakistan, Dunya News reported.Addressing to the media, Wassan said that nobody was above the law, and that Musharraf would be arrested and sent to jail as soon as he lands at Karachi Airport.The interior minister claimed that arrangements had been made to send Musharraf to Karachi’s Landhi jail after his arrest. Musharraf would later be handed over to the Balochistan government after his arrest, he added.On the other side, a petition has been filed in the Islamabad High Court to stop the arrest of former president. Federal interior ministry is made the party in the petition.
