Summary A petition has been filed in the Islamabad High Court to stop the arrest of former president.
Advocate Shah Jehan Khan took the stance in the petition that Pervez Musharraf is former army chief and president as well as the chairman of a political party and he should be provided due security on his arrival.The petitioner pleaded that Musharraf was not involved directly or indirectly in the murder of Benazirb Bhutto and he should not be arrested as he wants to face the cases filed against him in the courts.
