Summary A writ petition has been moved in LHC, seeking record of PPP registration from Election Commission.
The petition moved by Advocate Afaq Ahmad said that the Pakistan People Party has been registered by name of parliamentarians while political activities are being exercised in the name of PPP.Babar Awan has said that notification of his Vice Presidency has been issued by President Asif Ali Zardari which seems to be a conspiracy against the constitutional president.According to law, only such party may take part in political activities which has been properly registered with the Election Commission of Pakistan.
