Summary LHC has ordered PEPCO to submit the schedule of load shedding being done across the country.
The Lahore High Court has ordered PEPCO to present the load shedding schedule of the whole country including the President, PM, Governor and CM Houses.Chief Justice Lahore High Court started hearing of the petition in which counsel for the complainant took the stance that power and gas load shedding continues throughout the country which has wreaked havoc with the lives of the masses.The petitioner further told the court that the President, Prime Minister, Governor and Chief Minister Houses were exempted from the load shedding that is discrimination and violation of the rules.The Lahore High Court ordered PEPCO to submit the load shedding schedule of the whole country on January and maintained that a strict action would be taken if PEPCO does not follow the court order.
