Summary Intelligence Bureau's Assistant Director has been shot dead in Peshawar.
IB Assistant Director for Peshawar Region Sirajuddin was going home after offering prayers at a mosque when unknown assailants shot him dead on Dora Road. Sirajuddin was in-charge of FATA Desk of IB.The gunmen opened fire at the assistant director of the Intelligence Bureau when he was standing near his car, which was parked on the roadside.Two gunmen came on motorcycles and opened fire at Sirajuddin, the assistant director of the Intelligence Bureau, Peshawar police chief Imtiaz Altaf said.We dont know who is exactly involved in this attack but we have ordered the inquiry to find out the culprits, another senior police official Tahir Ayub said.Police have cordoned off the area and started investigations.
