Summary Pak-India talks regarding nuclear arms confidence-building measures are continuing for a 2nd day.
In two-day talks between India and Pakistan being held in Islamabad, the Indian delegation is led by DG Disarmament and International Security D Bala Verma while Additional Foreign Secretary Munawar Saeed Bhatti is leading the Pakistani side in expert level meetings.The measures to reduce the possibilities of war and arms race are being discussed in the talks. It’s the sixth round of Pak-India talks regarding conventional and nuclear arms confidence-building measures. The last round of Pak-India talks in this regard was held in New Delhi in October 2007.
