Summary LHC has accepted petition against owners of poor quality CNG cylinder companies.

Attorney General and Advocate General Punjab have been issued notices to appear before the court on January 24.LHC Justice Umar Ata Bandial conducted hearing of the petition in which the petitioner said that some of companies were playing with the lives of people as they are preparing poor quality gas cylinders for their vested interests.According to petition, about 45 people have fallen victim within last 15 days in different incidents of cylinder explosion. It was prayed to the court that cases be registered against company owners making poor quality cylinders.The court while accepting writ petition for hearing has called the Attorney General and Advocate Punjab to appear before the court on January 24.
