Summary The Jamaat-e-Islami staged a protest sit in against inflation and corruption at Ichchra Lahore.
JI leaders including JI chief Munawar Hussain, Liaquat Baloch, Hafiz Salman Butt and Ameer ul Azeem participated the sit-in.Talking to the participants, the leaders said that the present government has failed to overcome crisis. They said that corruption and inflation are hitting the country but the government is not seriouce to resolve people’s issues.Due to the sit-in Ferozpur Road had been blocked for traffic and the people are facing serious traffic problems.
