A three-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry heared the missing of NATO containers case on Tuesday.The court expressed his displeasure over the failure of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) in referring the matter to the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and asked the FBR chairman why the case has not been handed over to the NAB. The court ordered the chairman to move investigations in the case in collaboration with the Federal Tax Ombudsman.The chairman in his response said that details pertaining to the case were being sent to NAB.The court adjourned the case till January 2.
