Summary Sunni Tehrik workers have staged a protest demo in Shahdara against arrest of their 3 leaders.
Hundreds of Sunni Tehrik workers blocked the main Shahdara Chowk by burning tyres. They demanded the authorities to released the three leaders who were arrested early morning while leading a protest. The arrested leaders are Sharifuddin Gaddafi, Syed Attique and Qari Jameel Chishti.The ST workers blocked traffic for quite some time. Long queues of vehicles were witnessed on the roads leading into the chowk.
