Summary All efforts and endeavours made by the government to crush polio have proven ineffective.
The number of polio affected kids has become 174 in the country. The Prime Minister has ordered to enhance struggle for extermination of polio from the country.While inaugurating an anti polio campaign in Prime Minister House, he said that Pakistan and Afghanistan are two countries in the world from where polio cannot be ended till now.He said that special control rooms have been set up in Prime Minister House as well as offices of four Chief Ministers.
