Chief Justice of Pakistan, Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry initiated the hearing of the appeal of former Pakistani ambassador to US Hussain Haqqaini in his chamber and ordered to register the petition.Advocate on Record Chaudhry Akhtar said that the chief justice accepted Haqqani’s appeal for hearing his stance.The formal hearing of the petition is likely to be hold in the open court on December 19.
