Summary Rehman Malik has said that Benazir murder case has been resolved and plotters have been nabbed.
While answering the questions in the concluding session of a workshop for protection of journalists, Rehman Malik said that he cannot comment anymore on Benazir murder case as the case is in the court.While establishing a commission under headship of secretary interior for the protection of journalists, he announced that three representatives of journalists’ bodies were included along with chief secretaries of four provinces in the commission.He assured that a bill of protection of journalists, prepared by the journalist community, would be passed from the parliament. He further said that investigation would be conducted of the journalists killed over the last ten years.
