Atomic power production doubled with Chinas cooperation: Qamar

In his address to a conference and a media briefing, Federal Minister for Water & Power Naveed Qamar said that future of energy production in Pakistan is linked with the progress in the region. The atomic power production has doubled after Chinese cooperation and new projects of wind power are also under progress with the cooperation of China to overcome the scarcity of energy in the country, he said.He further said that people of SAARC countries desire to have economic and social progress with joint efforts. He asserted that there should be an impartial discussion on report about KESC performance. He assured that the president will come back as soon as he is fully recovered from ailment.
