Summary Charges against MQM-H chairman Afaq Ahmad were framed in abduction case by ATC in Karachi.
ATC judge Khalida Yasin conducted hearing the case in the Central Jail.Afaq Ahmad is accused of allegedly abducting Jameel Ahmad Baloch for ransom in 2002. On refusal of committing crime by Afaq Ahmad, the court has called the witnesses to court for January 12.After hearing of the case, Additional Secretary for Home Department Waseem Ahmad went to the central jail on the direction of the Sindh High Court and heard Afaq Ahmad’s stance over an application moved to challenge his house arrest.
