Summary Afghan president said that he would like to end poverty and deprivation from the society.

He said this while addressing Bonn conference in Germany for peace and progress.Hamid Karzai said the greatest challenge for him the defense of his people and he is ready to have dialogue with Taliban for this purpose.He said that our government is trying its best to uplift infrastructure of the state; so that the people may turn to scientific approach for peace and prosperity.While throwing light on terrorism, he said that nothing is done to curb cross-border terrorism.He said that there is betterment in per capita income in Afghanistan, adding that it may be refined by restoration of peace.While highlighting communicative advancement, he said about 50 TV channels are working in Afghanistan to create awareness among people regarding national integrity.He said that neighbouring countries should also cooperate with Afghanistan for consolidation of peace in the country.he said that peace process was badly hurt by the assassination of Professor Rabbani, former Afghan president.
