Summary Federal ACC accepted Rs 5 million bail of accused of NICL scandal Ayyaz Khan Niazi.
The FIA had moved a case against Ayyaz Khan Niazi under allegation of Rs 900 million fraud by the title of Dubai Property Case. The Federal Anti Corruption Court (FACC) judge Pervaiz Chang conducted hearing of the said case and accepted the bail worth Rs 5 million.The counsel for the accused, Amer Naqvi, submitted a petition in the court and advocated that the other accused of the case have been released on the bail worth 2 million each.The petitioner also requested the court to accept his client’s bail by Rs 2 million while keeping in view the amount of other accused.
