Summary Government has yet again decided to increase the prices of petroleum products.
The price of petrol has been increased by 48 paisas per litre while diesel price has been increased by Rs 4.66 per litre. The raise comes at a time when people are already facing enormous difficulties owing to inflation.The price of Hi-Octane has been kept unchanged for now. Kerosine price has been increased by Rs 3.48 per litre, high-speed diesel by Rs 4.66 per litre and light-speed diesel by Rs 4.79 per litre.The new prices will be applicable 12 midnight today (Wednesday).
