Summary Standing committee for petroleum has directed to check the degrees of OGRA officials above grade 16.
The meeting of Standing Committee was held under headship of Sardar Talib Nakai. The report of CNG station licenses issued since 2008 has been presented before the committee.The committee learned that new licenses were issued while opposing the directions of prime minister, whereas OGRA was of the opinion that new licenses were issued according to PM orders.OGRA’s Member Gas, Mansoor Zafar, who leveled allegations of irregularities in CNG licenses, has changed his statement during the meeting. On this, the committee ordered formal action against Mansoor Zafar.
