He said that the persons involved in corruption would be brought to justice without any discrimination.A three-memebr bench led by Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, while conducting hearing of railways case, said that departments have become habitual of demanding money for the government when they feel shortage of resource.While raising an important pointing regarding railways mismanagement, the Chief Justice consulted the Railways counsel why Railways does not purchase old engines.The Railways counsel said that they need Punjab government assistance to get its captured lands released.On the other hand, Sheikh Rashid said that different audit teams have pinpointed loss worth Rs 58 million in different tenders.Chief Justice has directed the Attorney General to consult the Prime Minster that why Railways board could not be formed despite lapse of long period.
