Summary Summary has been prepared for charging water and power surcharge directly from the provinces.
Dunya News learnt that water surcharge will be contributed to the Irrigation Department while power surcharge will go to WAPDA.Both surcharges may be collected through electricity bills. The summary will be placed before the Council for Common Interests for approval. The step is being taken for financial indepedence of IRSA (Indus River System Authority).
