According to details, within 18 hours of his arrival, Husain Haqqani called on President Zardari twice informally.During these meetings, Haqqani offered his resignation to President and told him that he is ready to face probe. The ambassador also handed over his Blackberry to President Asif Ali Zardari.Earlier, in his statement Haqqani had rejected the authenticity of alleged SMS by Pakistan-born US citizen and businessman Mansoor Ijaz on his Blackberry phone.According to reports he would meet President Asif Zardari, Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani, Chief of Army Staff General Ashfaq Pervez Kayani and DG of ISI Lt Gen Ahmed Shuja Pasha on Monday.
