Memo issue: Petition filed to declare Mullen persona non grata

Counsel for petitioner, Bar at Law Zafar Ullah has filed a petition in the Supreme Court, seeking formation of a commission to probe into the memo written by Pakistani-born US businessman Ijaz Mansoor.The petitioner said the memo is a conspiracy against the Pak army and the government, which is defaming Pakistan. He requested the court to summon Mike Mullen, Hussain Haqqani and Ijaz Mansoor to investigate the matter.He also urged the court to declare them as disliked personalities.
