Summary A policeman committed suicide after killing five of his relatives over land dispute in Kot Mithan.
According to details, policeman Amir Mahmood snatched official gun from his friend Adnan Ahmad who was on duty at the shrine of Hazrat Khawaja Ghulam Fareed. He also injured Adnan on resistance.After snatching the rifle, Amir Mahmood went to his aunt’s house and shot dead 42-year-old widow Asia Bibi, 14-year-old Abdullah, 12-year-old Asad Ullah, 18-year-old Iqra and 22-year-old Sidra Bibi.Amir committed suicide after killing his relatives. Police have shifted the bodies to a nearby hospital. However, the heirs of the deceased have demanded not to perform autopsy of the dead.
