Summary LHC has shown annoyance over non-issuance of notification on Rs 500 bills extension.
Justice Azmat Saeed was earlier informed that the federal government has extended the date for submission of old Rs 500 bills, but the notification of the extension was not issued.The court observed that eid was drawing close and common people are facing grave problems in this regard. The court also said that federal and provincial governments are not working to solve the problems of the common man. The whole burden is transferred onto the courts, observed the court. The court has ordered to present the notification on November 24.
