Summary Accountability Court acquitted Ex-MPA Abdul Rashid of illegal assets case.
The National Accountability Bureau had moved a reference against ex-MPA Abdul Rashid to the Accountability Court for 2011 in which it had been declared that the accused assets were more than his income.The counsel for the accused said that details of all the assets have been put before the court which are evident that the accused income less than his assets.The counsel further contended that the NAB targeted the accused only to take revenge on him.The court, after hearing arguments from both sides, acquitted the accused Abdul Rashid of illegal assets case.
