Interior Ministry to form commission against Punjab Govt

Ministry of Interior has sought legal opinion from Law ministry in order to form a Judicial Commission to probe into corruption in 7 mega projects of Punjab government.Earlier, opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Raja Riaz wrote a letter to Ministry of Interior to probe into corruption in 7 mega projects of Punjab government.Raja Riaz asked Interior Ministry to probe into financial corruption and violations of legal procedures in different projects of Punjab government including ‘Sasti Rooti Scheme’, Food Stamp Scheme, purchase in anti dengue spray and other projects.
