Summary Punjab CM Shahbaz Sharif has said government is developing a long-term policy to end dengue virus.
Presiding over a meeting regarding dengue prevention, Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that the general practitioners and family physicians have an important role in eradication of dengue virus.He said that a training programme regarding dengue eradication will begin tomorrow in teaching hospitals of the city.Shahbaz added that high dependency units have started working in different big cities of the province.Meanwhile, the Sri Lankan medical team has lauded the dengue prevention training courses for doctors and nurses.
