Summary Punjab Governor Latif Khosa has stepped in full throttle to counter Ns moves against President.

Khosa said Saturday he was considering asking Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to take a vote of confidence in the Punjab Assembly.Talking to the media, Khosa alleged that Shahbaz was neither a member of the Punjab Assembly nor a Chief Minister constitutionally.“A case is pending in the Supreme Court over the incompetence of Shahbaz Sharif and we are awaiting court decision in this regard,” he added.The governor said he seriously thought the Chief Minister did not even have a simple majority and may be required to take a vote of confidence from the assembly. However, no decision had been made in this regard, he added.Shahbaz Sharif is not member of provincial assembly from simultaneously from two constituencies while he has lost his popularity, the governor said.Latif Khosa came down hard on Shahbaz Sharif, saying that there is an absence of both Provincial Minister for Education and Health. The government is playing with the future of millions of students, he said, while referring to students protest following errors in Inter results.The PML-N has stepped up its campaign against President Zardari, who is co-chairman of the ruling PPP, ever since appointment of Fasih Bokhari as NAB chief.
