Summary Punjab government has declared inter part-I results null and void for all boards in the province.
This step was taken due to blunders in the results as the pre-engineering students were given marks in biology and the pre-medical students were awarded marks in mathematics.Apart from this, there are many other systematic errors in the results which compelled a large number of students across the province to come to the streets and demonstrate against the Punjab government.The education minister said: “We had introduced computer system for students’ facilities but employees could not operate it due to lack of professional skills in this regard.” He said that all the boards would announce error-free results within two months.
