Summary Chaudhry Nisar filed a writ petition against the appointment of Fasih Bukhari as a chairman NAB.
Opposition leader in National Assembly Chaudhry Nisar Ahmad has challenged the appointment of Admiral (r) Fasih Bukhari as Nab chairman in Supreme Court of Pakistan. Ch Nisar, in his petition, said that legal procedure was not followed in the appointment of chairman NAB’s appointment.The appellant requested the court to bar the chairman NAB from working till the decision of the case. Federal government, Cabinet Division and Admiral (r) Fasih Bukhari are the respondent of the case.
