Summary Pakistan People Party has sought inquiry into corruption in seven projects of Punjab government.
The PPP has written a letter to the federal government for forming a judicial commission.On the other hand, the Punjab government has said that they have no objection on formation of judicial commission. At least one hundred commissions would have to be made on federal government’s corruption, said N-League.Opposition leader in Punjab Assembly Raja Riaz has demanded through a letter written to the Federal government that a judicial commission should be formed to conduct an inquiry into Sasti Roti scheme, Punjab Food Stamp Scheme, substandard medicines for dengue virus, irregularities in Ashiana Housing Scheme, Yellow Cab Scheme and other projects.On the other hand, Punjab government has said that affairs being managed in a transparent way. The PPP should take care of the corruption in the federal government.
