This judgment has indeed laid the foundation of new era of constitutional supremacy, rule of law and fair dispensation of justice.Justice Rabbani stood firm in all testing moments, such as the day of emergency on 3rd November, 2007, when a seven member Bench of this Court, for the first time in the history of this country defied a dictator, who arbitrarily removed and sent packing scores of independent-minded judges, CJP remarked.
