The parties are going to propagate that the creation of new provinces is vital for speedy justice and good governance.The financial institutions have also recommended the division of big units.The sources said that public reaction has forced PML-N to change its stance regarding creation of new provinces. The sources said the demand of new provinces may become a movement in some deprived parts of the country.
