Summary Muhammad Ali Rind from BNP was elected Senator on vacant seat of Senate during by-polls.
Fifty-nine out of 65 members of Balochistan Assembly exercised their right to vote in the by-polls on one vacant seat of the Senate. Mir Mohammad Ali Rind of BNP declared successful.His rivals, Tariq Baloch of PML-Q bagged 19 votes and Hafiz Hamid Ullah of JUI-F got13 votes.
