Summary ATC on Saturday rejected the acquittal pleas of two police officers in Benazir Bhutto murder case.
Anti-Terrorist Court (ATC) judge Shahid Rafiq heard the proceedings of the case in Adiyala Jail Rawalpindi.Former City Police Officer (CPO) Rawalpindi Saud Aziz and former Superintendent of Police (SP) Khaurram Shahzad appealed to the court that they should be acquitted from the case as there were no sufficient proofs against them.ATC judge Shahid Rafique dismissed the acquittal plea and said the accused will be charged while the charges will be framed on October 22.
